Sage & Onion Breadcrumb Stuffing
- ½lb Supervalu Butter

- 1lb Supervalu Breadcrumbs
- 1 Large Onion
- 1 Tbsp. of Sage
- 2 Tbsp. of Fresh Chopped Pastry
- 1 Stock Cube
- ½ Cup of Water
- Sweat the onions and herbs in butter without colour.
- Add water and stock cube and simmer for 5 mins
- Add breadcrumbs and mix well and cook for a further few minutes
