Sage & Onion Breadcrumb Stuffing
Ingredients
  • ½lb Supervalu Butter
  • 1lb Supervalu Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 1 Tbsp. of Sage
  • 2 Tbsp. of Fresh Chopped Pastry
  • 1 Stock Cube
  • ½ Cup of Water
Instructions
  1. Sweat the onions and herbs in butter without colour.
  2. Add water and stock cube and simmer for 5 mins
  3. Add breadcrumbs and mix well and cook for a further few minutes
