Braised Red Cabbage
Serves 8
Ingredients
  • ½ Head of Red Cabbage
  • 1 Cup of Apple Juice
  • 1 Cup of Red Wine
  • 1 Cup of Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Cup of Sugar
  • ½ a Cinnamon Stick
  • ½ a Cup of Raisins
Instructions
  1. Shred half the head of cabbage.
  2. Add all the ingredients in a pot and braise for 20-25 mins.
  3. Add more apple juice if needed.
