Braised Red Cabbage

Ingredients
- ½ Head of Red Cabbage
- 1 Cup of Apple Juice
- 1 Cup of Red Wine
- 1 Cup of Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Cup of Sugar
- ½ a Cinnamon Stick
- ½ a Cup of Raisins
Instructions
- Shred half the head of cabbage.
- Add all the ingredients in a pot and braise for 20-25 mins.
- Add more apple juice if needed.
